Edstock started out as just a fun backyard party. Now, it is an annual, intimate music festival held once a year, invitation only, attended by between 100 and 200 people and lasts three days. It's a more a hobby than a job, but organization and implementation takes a huge effort. Maintaining this as an annual event has taught me great organization skills, leadership skills, and promotional ability.

It's all volunteer, nobody gets paid. Supported by donations.

I have recently started a website to unite and inform the Edstock community, http://edsparty.com, which is currently under development. It will be a directory of music venues and musicians, and it's goal is to unite musicians with listeners and dancers.

Music, art and community friendship is a big part of my personality, and life satisfaction. Here's a gallery of random photos from Edstock to give you an idea of what it's like. I've lost a lot of photos through computer crashes over the years, so if anyone has some they want to add to the gallery, just email them to me. This email address is being protected from spambots.
